The repairs to way to long for minor damage, 3 ****/2 weeks. When I called to inquire about my car Mary was very rude stating that the weekly email updates to go on Thursdays (this was a Tuesday) however it appeared my car may be ready earlier possibly late Wednesday. Mary stated twice that someone would call me when it was ready, almost annoyed I called to check on the status. I never received a call on Wednesday saying my car was ready instead I received an email which I did not see till the following Monday, nice to know my car sat there for 5 extra days for no reason.

Communication was poor. Dropped car off Tuesday night 12/26 for a Wednesday appt. when I called Friday for an update I was told we have not looked at it yet you just dropped it off Wednesday try back tuesday(due to Monday holiday). Why have an appt if it takes 48+hours to get a set of eyes on the car? The text updates on the status of the car were useless. **** front desk attendant was extremely useful to talk with. The other was of little assistance. In the end the work done was great but the process was miserable.

I had a very positive experience and I appreciate their hardwork in getting the car done as soon as possible. Despite the fact that it took 16 days for my work, I really recommend and commend their service. I am sure my car would've finished earlier if there weren't all those cars in their parking lots needing repairs. The gentleman upfront and female personnel who checked my car out is extremely nice and patient.

The whole team from start to finish was top notch. When I dropped my car off for service, they had my rental car ready and waiting for me. Everyone I had to deal with was professional . When I picked up my car it looked beautiful, they cleaned the car inside and out .A fantastic job. Not that the Ira Collision Center is a place you want to be familiar with ,I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Team for a job very well done.

When we were finally able to pick the car up, noticed that rear backup camera was not working. Had to have my 9 month pregnant wife go back to have it fixed. Shouldn't all work be inspected before you notify people their car is ready??? Makes me wonder what else wasn't checked.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Ira Collision. Mary walked me through the repair process and outlined expectations. All went well, my vehicle looks great. Mary also assisted with the purchase and installation of a new battery, minor request and she was happy to assist. Additionally, Mary acted quickly when the rental company I contracted with did not show up with my vehicle. Instead of having me wait, Mary coordinated with Enterprise. It is obvious that Mary is not only a skilled appraiser, but understands quality customer service. Thank you.

Customer service was great, but the repairs to my car were not complete when I picked up my car the first time. They had it for 3 weeks. Then I had to bring it back for a few things that were wrong or that were missed.
