My repair experience was such a smooth process. Mary’s communication on a regular was helpful as she updated me on repairs. The repairs were flawless and completed in a timely fashion. The Hertz rental was just as satisfactory. Thank you

When I first went to go pick up my vehicle on Sat. ****/20/18 I spotted my vehicle parked in the lot before I even went into the building I had seen scratches wear the accident still was. Didn’t even ask for the keys as I told them that I am not pleased and not leaving like that so they said they’d take care of it since it was heir fault etc. & then when I went to go pick up my vehicle yesterday before I went into the building in the rain I noticed there was a scratch still on my vehicle passing by it about to walk in. & this time they didn’t help me and it should’ve been in perfect condition. I’m going to complain to whoever I need to about the **** work that was done & it should’ve came out perfect after the fact.

My car was totaled, but Ira collision still treated me like a valued customer even though they couldn’t fix my car. They sent me email updates everyday and their customer service was great!!

Calling for a status for the vehicle was useless and I never received a call back. I would have to call 2-3 Times. The communication is a problem here

My sunroof is still not working properly. Additionally when I dropped the car off my hood open just fine -and now the service technicians are telling me that that the coolant is low in the car and the hood won’t open. This is simply one of the worst experiences I have had with Ira. Other then RUSSELL the service is truly awful. I hope you will rectify this situation.

Everyone was so kind and eager to help every step of the way. The repairs were completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule and my SUV looks brand new! The ease of being able to leave my rental car at the collision center was so convenient. I received an email every week with updates, sometimes twice a week. You all managed to make this as positive an experience as possible given the circumstances. Spectacular service!!
