I left multiple phone calls for Paul Kelly, and never received a phone call back. The communication is horrible. Even when I got Eddy the manager involved I still did not get return calls. This was a 4 week process and not once did they call me. Even when I picked up my car, Paul did not apologize for his lack of communication. In the lobby there are multiple awards for Paul for lead estimator but no customer service awards as it is clear that the customer experience is not a focus of Ira collision or it’s employees. I will never return to this collision center again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

I would rate the experience ****/10, and the **** is only because the car is fixed and looks nice again. I dropped my vehicle off on Jan 8 and was told it would take ~2 weeks to repair. 2 weeks go by, I hear nothing. Another week, nothing. My wife calls several times, leaves several messages, talks to several people, no one has a clue whats going on with the car, and NONE of her voicemails were returned. Finally, after not hearing anything in a month I called and demanded to speak to someone about the car, after your receptionist tried several times to shoo me away. When I finally got someone, I was told you needed to the insurance adjuster to come out for a supplement. You had the car for an entire month, and that hadn't happened yet. I gave the guy an earful (which I feel bad about), but all of the sudden the process was put in motion, the insurance adjuster came out, and the car was ready to pickup the next week. You guys are in the service business. You've got to do better than this. The lack of communication through this process was simple unacceptable. I didn't buy this car from IRA, but I did lease a Tacoma from you last year, and I will never buy another car from IRA after going through this. Also this is neither here nor there but the two receptionists at your service desk are so rude and checked out its beyond me how you could employ them. When I came to pick up the car I walked to the desk and neither even looked up, I had to say something to get their attention, and their reaction was as if I was bothering them. They are the first in-person interaction your customers have with you. You should want to do exponentially better.

We picked up my car today and your facility did such an amazing job fixing the damage to the bumper. Thank you so much for returning my car to me in such pristine condition. The car was washed and the tires were shined and the interior was vacuum, just amazing service and great employees. Mary was so kind when showing me to my car and signing the paperwork. One minor thing I would suggest is that when a customer schedules a collision repair on a certain date, it would be helpful if you sent an email/text/voice reminder of the appointment a day or two before the appointment, just like the Ira service department does. Otherwise, no complaints. Repair was superb.

When I picked up the car when it was ready, the windshield was cracked. Makes me ask the question did you test drive the car? This is not what I expect from Ira. And still no call back to schedule it to come in to be fixed.

I just got car home and the oil light came on and says I have less than ****/4 tank of oil left. seems like i need to bring car back up. this isn't normal and they should have if anything checked to see if my oil was leaking due to collision. will call monday am.

I would give 4 stars because they kept me well informed and my car was ready early. the only issue I have is that one of the windows does not work. I am trying to find a time to get the car back to be fixed. While they said anytime is fine I do not work close by and the hours don’t coincide with my work hours so I will need to take a morning off.

the receptionist doesn’t have Audi costomer service standards, also there wasn’t any communication about my car. It took longer then expected. I was a bit disappointed this time.
