The car was in the shop for a month when a week was what was expected. I kept getting text from Aimee stating the car would be ready the following week. When I spoke with her, she was very short with me and rude. When I finally spoke with Mike in production, the car finally got done. Mike actually had the car delivered and picked up the loaner. Mike is worth double whatever you are paying him. He’s the guy that got the job done!!

The workmanship was excellent. However, customer service is the worst I’ve experienced at any of the Ira locations (I regularly go to Ira for my needs). My estimator Paul Kelley showed that he did not care at all about me: 4 emails and 5 voice messages asking him questions and for him to contact me, and he did not return a single communication. If it were not for Becky in the front desk, I would’ve gone mad. She was the only person who I could talk to who actually returned a call to me. She should run Paul’s show as apparently he is incapable of doing his part.

There was a tiny plate knocked slightly ajar and some scuffs. I wouldn’t even have brought it in if my insurance company hadn’t gotten involved. I was given an estimate of three days for repair. Fine. Guy at the rental center said it would be longer. I figured maybe a week.
End of week **** I got a note saying it would run into next week. No notion of why, or what was being done, or if anything was being done. I don’t have rental insurance, so I’m paying out of pocket for the rental, so if there’s a holdup, I think I should be told why and given the option to pick up my car and bring it back when you have time to work on it. But no info at all.
Next week I call to get information. I’m told “they found new damage and repairs are ongoing.” I ask what damage. They don’t know, and the guy who does is on the line with another customer. I try a few more times with exactly the same result, same story. My partner does the same with the same result. We leave messages, but there is no call back. At this point this starts feeling like a scam to get rental money from us. Come on...give us a *little* information! I reach someone and express concern over how much rental money this is running us, and I’m told “oh, well if you’re not at fault you can probably get reimbursement for the rental from your insurance company.” Totally missing the point. And still no information on what is being done or why it’s taking this long. Now I am convinced this is a scam to run up excessive rental charges.
Late last week we finally got a call about what had been done, but by that time it’s far too late to ask if I could have my car back while I wait. And my trust level is below zero.
Twenty days in, I get to pick up my car. The guy basically gaslights me about the extent of the damage (“you remember where the front bumper was split...we fixed that...you don’t remember? I could show you the pictures....” Yeah, I took my own pictures, just get me out of here.)
I currently have no intent to ever let you touch a vehicle of mine again.

I would have appreciated having someone explain to me what was done to my car. The material I was provided listed a bunch of things that shed little or no light on what was done.
I had to ask twice what "beam" meant before someone said "yeah," when I asked if it meant that my frame needed straightening.

If they can make the repair time shorter and transportation for our customers?I think it will be better. For example I live in Everett, if I drop off the car I have two driving two cars with somebody together,it is not easy.

It took over 3 weeks to get my car back and in the interim I did not get a lot of feedback. I realize that they were especially busy this winter though.
