VERY PROFESSIONAL

Communication and follow through has been very poor this time around. Messages were left and not returned, items not addressed and paperwork not submitted. If the paperwork is not submitted and approved by the insurance company for the extra repair time beyond the authorised repair time allowed in the next day or 2 there will be 4 days of uncovered rental expense (verified by both enterprise and Usaa) which I will be expecting Ira to cover.

I was extremely upset with the lack of knowledge from multiple members whenever I called for information on my car. I was transferred via phone to 6 different people. No one knew who was working on my ca roe who my service manager was. I was paying out of pocket on a rental and all I was getting fixed was my back bumper. I had to call 6 days in to find out what was going on. I was told they were trying to reach out to I Durante when a note specifically said I was not going through insurance. When I picked up my car I sat there waiting for 20 minutes because NO ONE informed my that my car was outside once I paid the cashier. I was told to wait for someone to do a walkthrough and finally the receptionist inquired where my car was... there is no reason I should have had to pay for 10 days of a rental car for the amount of work I had done. Any other place would have been half as long. And lack of communication is absolutely wrong! No reason i should have to call and nag for answers.

Very professional and detail oriented in all aspects of repair work and customer satisfaction. Ira Collision truly cares about the work they do and want the customers to be happy.

We will not be using the Toyota Collison Center again should the need ever arise. The process was extremely frustrating and the level of communication nearly nonexistent. I hope in the future your office learns to share information with customers in a prompt and professional mannner.
