When I went to pick up my vehicle there was an issuwith the insurance company and payment. We never received a check from the insurance company and I told James this when he was cashing me out. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Arguing with me saying the insurance said they sent it and raising his voice saying he could not release my vehicle. Finally some of the other people in the office (who were very nice) called the insurance company and got it taken care of. James was rude to me and the other people who worked there as well. He really needs to work on his people skills and manners. I am very dissatisfied.

My car looks like it just arrived from the factory. Good repair and paint match. Ira handled everything from rental car to working with the insurance co. on any additional work that needed to be done to make sure the car was like new. The bonus: the staff was friendly and helpful.

I have already discussed my concerns with Paul Kelly. I was directed to the wrong rental place for my minor rust repair on my BMW. It cost me over $600 at Enterprise to rent a car for 2 weeks.
I think you could do a bit better with managing and notifying clients about potential waits. I tried to get an appointment for an appraisal but was not allowed to do this. I waited 2 hours for an initial appraisal.
Mr. Kelly was very nice and my car looks great. I believe the front desk staff might need a bit more training and coordination.
