as I stated when I requested to hear from a manager... (which I never did) There was very poor communication, phone calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner. Please look up the contact I already sent for more details. I will not ever bring a vehicle to this service center again. I will tell anyone that asks, to go elsewhere for better service.

The actual work done on my car was excellent. My issue was when I dropped off my car on 07/23/18 I was told that I would get periodic emails letting me know the status of the repairs. I did not get such communication. I called several times only to get voice mails (about 6)don't tell customers that you will email them and then not, the customer service needs improvement. Also, my car sat there one day because they had to order the part, you would think that the part could have been ordered before I dropped my car off, that would have been one day that I did not have to incur rental.
