I am very satisfied with ford services that was provided while repairing my car , The Taurus. ???? It feels good to have her back home looking and driving good thanks to world ford.

I felt the delays could have been prevented and I could have been kept better posted on the progress

The headlights were not aligned properly which made it difficult to drive home when I picked up the vehicle in the dark and raining. Obvious safety issue. I was told that the grill that was replaced was not the correct color and I will have to bring the vehicle back to have that fixed. A trim piece that was originally on my vehicle was not installed/replaced when reassembled. I hope these issue can be resolved when return. The staff I spoke with were nice and polite and I had high expectations that the vehicle would be professionally repaired.

My alignment is way off. The turn signal in the new headlight assembly does not work (hoping its just a bad lamp). And instead of replacing the chrome parts you decided to cut corners and use silver paint that looks ridiculous.

Eventually I was satisfied. But I was told it was complete and when I showed up the first time it was not. A lot more visual inspection should have been completed prior to my arrival and prior to me being called. A quick visual would have found the problems. Honestly I doubt I will come to world forward anymore for service.

The repair took three days longer than planned.

I thought as much money as I had to spend Rhett could of put a little had in the car
