Its trivial but only problem was my car must have been near another car being painted and over spray was all over windshield, probably more, but had to scrub it off. Other than that y'all were great.

I had a great experience with this place. My car seemed to be in and out and done. There was a lady named Brandy that was extremely helpful. I ended up in the wrong place and instead of pointing she took me directly to to the building I was suppose to be in. I didn't know it at the time but I came about 30 minutes after closing and she still helped me. I really appreciate the iphone holder she gave me. It came in handy. My car came back cleaner then when I dropped it off. That was a bonus. Based on this experience World Ford will be my first choice next time.

I had to wait a month to get my hood scoop ! that was ridiculous ! the only person in that dept that new what to do was a girl named Nikki .. She got the part coming within 2 days after I waited a month .. Not satisfied at all .. The Actual work on my car was fine , it's just time I had to wait and get the run around was very dissatisfying..

Of course the end result counts immensely, and the work done brought my car back to bear new condition, but I was very happy with the status follow up Brandy did every few days to let me know where they were with repairs. She set my mind at ease that I would be getting my car back soon. Sometimes going beyond and getting added info about interaction with the insurance company paying for the damage. I an very happy with any work I get done at World Ford Collision.
