The piece fel off the body installed and scratched the mirror. I had to bring the truck back twice because they said the mirror cover would be painted It takes gas to come from Milton to Pensacola The price that fell off that they installed was the plastic which snaps down the side of the windshield. I thought I was going to have a heart attack as the piece flew of my Explorer I have to go about a mile back to retrieve it in track going 55 or more and was lucky I wasn't hurt I was very disappointed and wonder if I can trust having warranty work done at your collision shop

The estimated time for repair was one week. This turned into two weeks once the repair started due to hidden damage. This could of potentially been an area of frustration. That was not the case due to one individual. Nicole (Nikki) Sank kept me promptly informed By both phone & email along the way. She was always there for me even after business hours. She went beyond the norm. in her customer service and due to that fact she kept my completely satisfied. I have worked in the Retail sector for over 23 years and understand how critically important customer service is. Please make sure she is recognized for her performance in this area. By her efficient and prompt effort I was able to avoid frustration while waiting for my vehicle. She made the experience not just a great one but a WOW one!

Dealt with Nikki and Keith for my experience at world ford's body shop. Don't take your wrecked car or truck anywhere ladies and gents. If you want quality work at lightning speed contact the body shop at world ford today! They team does such good work I hope somebody hits the other side of my vehicle just so it gets some new paint! Boy oh boy does the truck look good. Will probably have some flares and rocker panel work performed customer pay shortly with them.

Always pleasant dealing with Nicole Sank. She goes above and beyond. Truck looks fabulous an I'm impressed. Multiple people at the Ford dealership told me they would rather own a chevy, Meaning that they're real car people and know how well built they are. Anyways i have to go catch a flight to Hawaii for a pig roast an luau with my family. Thanks Nikki and world ford. Another shout out to the diesel department all are such great employees and are remarkable especially that Joe fellow. Thanks Again!

My repairs to my truck, though minimal, were excellent. The communication was great. I never had to call for an update and the repairs were completed surprisingly fast. I received updates from the collision center manager personally.

The collision center was great. My only frustration is that Ford refused to cover the expense of the hood repair in spite of the fact that numerous employees in both the collision and service departments have told me that the problem is common in this particular model year Mustang. It should not have cost me nearly $700 for this work.
