MY vehicle was repaired like new, so far I am completely satisfied and hope to stay that way.

My vehicle was restored back to its original state in a short period. Not only that, Worldford did not waste any time getting my vehicle in the shop. They also updated me daily on the status of my vehicle.

The associates I interacted with were helpful from the first phone call. Coming in they were curtious and quick witht their work. As the work was taking place they kept me up-to-date and were prompt with notifying me of the extension.

A great experience! I worked directly with Phil to get my Mustang repaired. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the perfect information to get the process rolling. The car was ready when promised and the work was exceptional. Would definitely use them again!

After my car got into a crash I thought it would never be the same again but the world ford guys did wonders for my little focus. It came back better than before the crash. I could not have been more happy with the customer service I received or the quality of the repairs they did. I was constantly updated every step of the way as to what process of repair my car was going through, and they were adimant about answering any questions I had. The provided detailed instructions as to what was going on with my car at all times and gave a nicely structured easy to read print out of all the damages and costs. All of the people that worked to fix my car were very knowledgeable and could not have done a better job it felt as though my car was BRAND NEW again! 5 stars for these guys! Would without a doubt trust them with any future issues I have with my vehicle and know that they have my back if god forbid my car gets into another crash!

Honestly, It was very stressful as I hadnt even had the car for a year and it was perfect before it was hit so I was very relieved to pick the car up in the same condition it was when we drove it off the showroom floor! Thank you World Ford!
