I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back today. The man who was in charge of all the repairs was very courteous and explained everything in a way I could understand. Also, the man who drove me to enterprise for my rental was just as nice too!! I was a little nervous to have a stranger drive me around but he was an excellent driver. Initially, I was thrilled with the work on my Jetta. Things moved quickly and I was back in my car within the week. Unfortunately, my front driver hub cap came off while driving on the turnpike. I called the shop as this is unusual to have a hubcap simply fall off on smooth driving conditions. The shop said nothing was done to the front tire and that I would need to pay for repair. This is concerning as I would imagine the tires would need removed to repair the front end. If this was wrong, it was never explained to me.
