The job was completed in the stated time frame. It was easy to drop off and pick up the vehicle. The car was repaired and cleaned! :) Dave was helpful in facilitating a check on the transmission after the vehicle was delivered to me from the wreck center, as there was a concern with the driving performance of the vehicle. Al - Director of Operations efficiently and thoroughly assisted in deciphering the issue being related to the maker of the vehicle and also assisted in providing information on how to begin to resolve the issue even though it was completely unrelated to the reason for the vehicle being at the wreck center in the first place. I feel incredibly lucky to have both Dave and then Al working in collaboration to assist my vehicle needs even when they were outside of the wreck centers job to do so. Thank you all so much.
