The complete experience was fantastic. If I ever had to have any work to be done on my car I would come back to Paceline. The agent that took care of me (Bryce) was a very polite and informative agent. Bryce called and kept me updated on my car and got my car to me when I needed it. I will tell people about the great experience I had at Paceline. Thank you for the fantastic work you did on my car it is beautiful.

Y'all went above & beyond. I wasn't expecting the detail job. It looked great. The previous owner had put a cross the bed tool box across the bed. It had wore the paint to bare metal. The paint shop painted it so it wouldn't rust. I am thoroughly impressed.

Son is driving home and car is acting up. A lot of lights on dash are lit up and right front wheel is not functioning correctly.

Totally satisfied with this experience. Bryce and the Paceline team exceeded all expectations. Paceline has certainly gotten my vote for "Best of the West" award. As a side note, Bryce Buchanan went out of his way to exceed our ideas on great customer service. Hopefully I won't need Pacelines services in the future, but if I do, Paceline will be my provider. I really enjoyed working with paceline and was happy with the repairs. The only comment I have is that my tank was not filled up to where it was when I dropped my car off so on top of having to fill up my rental car tank I had to fill up my car in the same day.
