I was very impressed with the work, and how they completed it 3 days ahead of schedule. And I would like to commend the team in the front (the ones who handled my calls) on their patients in dealing with all the confusion that my initial claims adjuster caused.

Rick Manning was my contact and did a excellent job taking care of me and my truck. My back windshield was broken out at 4:30 pm on Thursday and I got to your office at 5. Rick stayed late and sealed up my back glass with collision wrap until about 6 and even had your detail man stay late and vacuum out all of the broken glass out of the back bed and back interior of my truck so no one would get cut and my seats would not be damaged. He went above the call of duty and was excellent to work with. They had my new windshield installed on Tuesday and did it in one day and detailed my truck before getting it back to me. I hope all of your employees show the expertise and dedication of Rick, and if they do you are to be commended. Total satisfaction . Thank you, Dean T

I have been involved in the New car bussiness my whole life. My Dad was a new car dealer my whole life. I have been involved in every aspect of the business. I know what good customer service is. I have never experienced the Excellent Quality of care I received from Paceline and Bryce Buchanan. The communication and daily updates made all the anxiety disapoear. my car not only was repaired but detailed to the point of spoearing brand new.
