Went above and beyond. Called to let me know about additional damage they found, buffed a few extra spots on the car, and cleaned it thoroughly even they only worked on the bumper. And then they watched my son while I moved his car seat back into my car. Couldn't be happier with the repair and the customer service.

Duncan has my car for over 3 weeks. Every time I would call to ask about a pick up date, I was informed that you had all the parts and just needed to assemble them. However it still took over 3 weeks. I understand things take time, but I felt like my car was not a priority. When I did get to pic up my car, the paper work had not been done so I sat in the waiting room for 30 min. Then after I was able to drive it off the lot, there was a clicking in my brakes. I had to drive it back to Duncan and have them look at it again. You would think that if they had my car. For almost a month, that they would take it for a test drive to make sure everything worked okay. Obviously they didn’t and I was stuck waiting for them to look at my car for another hour. The clicking was nothing structurally wrong, so I drove my car home. The worker told me to bring it back if the clicking didn’t go away within 100 miles. I almost hate to bring it back to Duncan if this is the case because I’m afraid of how long it will take them again!

They were very courteous and helpful. Would recommend them to a friend.
