Bob was absolutely fantastic. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable and provided a great experience during a traumatic time. Bob kept me up to date on the repair status. He also helped to coordinate additional services with the service department. He took the time to fully explain the repair order and the charges I was responsible for. My expectations were not only met they were exceeded. Many thanks!
