When I opened my deck lid it was apparent that it had been slammed the mechanism was bent straight out. I had mentioned this to the gentleman that gave me the estimate that it seemed sprung, not due to the avcident involved however it did need adjusted. I even said that I would of course see to any charges. It was cold and windy when I picked my car up so I took pliers that I had in my trunk and bent it down. Fortunately it did not break off! I am very weary of having to constantly be disappointed in what I feel should have been addressed. I also noticed it looked like something had been used to pry open the trunk because their is now paint missing on the side of the deck lid. Truly I wish someone would do what is expected of them instead of just ignoring the customer and the problem. So that is my review. I use you guys for repairs oil changes etc. I know I’m not a big ticket item , but really? Give my car back that way. Come on!

My car has been in the shop since October 31st. Almost no updates, I tried several times. Now it was transferred to smicklas. I do not want to have to pay for my loaner car, with enterprise. My insurance guy said it was a 10 day job tops, but if I kept it there, it would have been another 2 weeks. Worst experience I have ever had with the group one company. Not happy at all

Headboard was messed up after I picked up my car and they did nothing to fix it. It’s a brand new car, so there was no way that it was like this before I brought it in. I used vacation time to come up there only to have terrible customer service and disregard for my comments.
