The people that work in your collision department are awesome! They were on top of everything and helped me tremendously, specifically Keith. I was more than satisfied with their service.

Everyone was polite and helpful. Personnel that happened to walk by, made sure they asked if I was being helped and offered me coffee and water. Another kudos, my car looks awesome!!!!! I will recommend you every chance I get!!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Ford. The damaged was fixed within a week but the only one problem I have is that I noticed some scratches on the screen of my radio. The damage that was done was on the outside but I am assuming that maybe the scratches happened when the car was being cleaned on the inside. My overall experience was great but I am unhappy about the scratches inside.
