The repairs were completed well ahead of schedule and Greg did a great job on keeping me informed on a daily basis on the progress of repairs. My only issue is that I discovered that everything that had been in the trunk in my car was missing when I picked it up. I'm not sure if it was emptied before it was was towed to World Toyota or if it was emptied for the repairs and the items were not replaced.

My car had chip on passenger door edge the day they told me it was ready to be picked up. I noticed problem and car was kept two more days. I came to pick up the second time they had not fully completed buffing it and car was taken back to shop to fix before I could leave with my car. I later saw they had not painted edge of driver side wheel well edge of front bumper cover. I brought the car back so they could repaint bumper cover. These issues should have been fixed completely the first time!

I was never kept updated with the status of my car and they made calls to my insurance without acknowledging me about it. And because they took forever with the repairs of my car my rental had to be extended and i had to pay unecessarily out of pocket for the extra rental days.

The repairs took much longer than we were initially told and it was very difficult to get updates. I had to call multiple times. Overall it was a very bad experience and I will not recommend that Collision Center to anyone
