I was satisfied with Mike Garretson and the repair work done. However, the day after I picked up my car I noticed that my bag full of change (approximately 5 dollars worth of change) was emptied out and the money stolen. I am not expecting to get this back and it is a small amount of money, but it is the principle of the matter. While doing repairs, someone stole money out of my car. I will never return to Sterling McCall Nissan or use any of their services ever again.

There was no communication about my repair which was something I was expecting due to this being a promise given by GEICO. I am not at all pleased with the poor service y'all provided and this was nothing smooth. I'm grateful to have my car back so I don't have to deal with you all and NO I will not refer this location or use this location again.

There is a rattling noise on back tires when I go over bumps. The steering wheel shakes sometimes very faintly. I've spoken to the adjuster and will take back to be re looked at.
