I was called and told my car was ready to be picked up. I went up there the next day. My car looked complete, but once I started driving it was clear that only the body work had been complete. They completely forgot to put the strut on my car. It was the only part that needed to be replaced. I ended up having to get my rental back and coming back the following day. They did compensate me by putting a new battery in my car. I was happy with the resolution, but I do find it very unacceptable to completely forget a part. Although I am happy with the end result, I don't think I will be using Sterling McCall for future car repairs.

The repairs took more than 3 months to complete. There were multiple delays for various reasons. There was a complete lack of communications regarding updates. I had to call or email several times before there was any response. I hope we are never in another accident but would not have any repairs done at Sterling MCCall again.

I received regular email updates and was given plenty of time to make plans for not having my car. My car was ready six days before it was predicted to and the whole prosses went quickly and smoothly. I am very happy with the repairs and the service I was given.

My truck was at the center for 51 days the whole time it was there I didnt recieve not one update about my vehicle until I desided to stop by. I was told my vehicle was almost ready but a sensor wasnt working and they would know by the end of the day if it would be ready the next day or it would be more time. He said he would give me a call he didn't. A whole week past and he called to let me know the truck was ready and set up an appointment to go over the repairs it took less than 15 minutes I signed the papers and was on my way. I was a bit upset that my vehicle was so dirty I went straight to the car wash & as I got done going through the wash I noticed a gap between my bumper and the frame I was completely upset the bumper was a major part of the repair I expected more attention to detail. I immediately called my repersentative and left a message went back to the collision center and was informed that there were two parts missing that gave the bumper the stability, it was so wobbly before they got put on, I noticed the difference but how is that possible how can you miss something like that? Once I got home and inspected the vehicle further I noticed more details that don't look right...I can honestly say I am not happy with the work and I noticed something else missing. I honestly expected a better repair for a 9000 bill my car repair should of been flawless that's why I chose a dealer collision center. I am no expert in repairs but I have been in an accident and know what a good repair job looks like. My truck had grease marks I had to wipe off myself because they didn't pay enough attention to detail to clean after themselves. I will be going back to address my concerns thats for sure. I'm just left wondering what else was missed?
