This was my second accident and I decided to go to this location, because it is closer to my home. I like that they have Enterprise onsite for the rental option. I really love that they washed and vacuumed my car. I did not get neither of those services at the Katy location for my first accident.

I would say 90% though. The follow through and the desire to do a good job seemed evident. A few details were missed on first pass (rim and alignment) that were completed with no hassle, just a delay. My coolant was a little low when I picked up my car (no level in tank) which could be minor or major, but was quickly addressed. One of my door speakers is vibrating. I think there is a missing gasket that I found in my center console. I should be able to fix this myself.

The communication about the repairs to my vehicle were horrible. I had to constantly call to get updates and it was like pulling teeth to get the status. Also, I emailed my work authorization form and it was week before they called and said they did not receive it. That is something that should be check on 24-48 hours. Especially if I am on the phone with you as I am emailing the form.
