When I brought the car in for service, I didn't like the way my bumper was all smashed in and looked a mess. The collision advisor was honest and truthful about the time framing it would take for repairs to be done. Once I dropped my vehicle off, the transition from collision services to Enterprise rental was smooth. They loaned me a nice clean vehicle I was proud to cruise around in. Once I arrived to pick my vehicle up, the advisors were cordial and friendly. The technician Enrique Ruiz explained what services and work had been performed, the processes and total time allotted to fix my bumper. He also had me to examine the work done to ensure I was satisfied with a job well done. The cashier assisted me quickly with payment. Since I chose not to use my debit card, she made it more convenient for me to sign over the check Liberty Mutual issued me rather than me run to a bank and cash it. I then dropped my rental back to Enterprise. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with service over collision repairs. Good job!!

Service Advisor Kyle was very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Vehicle was ready on time. Repair was done well and as estimated. I really appreciated the e-mail updates on the work progress - it allows me to see this electronically instead of spending a lot of time on the telephone. Very helpful was having Enterprise Rental Car within the Body Shop area - very convenient. An overall very good experience.

Kyle went above and beyond. Great service. Friendly and polite. Glad I chose you over Lexus restoration center. They were rude, and the adjuster (Ronnie) made a treating phone call to me, called me a liar, and insisted I'd come back so he could finish telling me in my face. Talked the GM. He said he would talk to Ronnie and call me back. Never got a call back. Nissan met all expectations.

Kyle Helmke took care of the repair start to finish which involved two separate estimates. When I called he responded the same day and knew exactly what was going on with my car. When you know a customer is picking up a car, do not block it in. I had to wait **** hour for them to get my car out. But over all, this is why I brought my car here. In 2004, Sterling McCall had repaired a different car of mine. Repairs was very professional. Kyle did not leave me wondering what was happening. Every day I received an update. Excellent team work.
