I'm so appreciative and happy that I was able to work with someone like ****. He kept me updated with what was going on with my car and really tired to help me out with all of my car needs. He went out of his way to help when enterprise did not properly inform me that I could get a lesser priced rental so that all expenses would be paid by insurance which was stressful to me because I was already paying over $1000 for my wrecked vehicle and would have to pay more out of pocket for the rental. **** helped to fix the problem where I wouldn't have to pay more out of pocket. Also, I was impressed with his service as well as hospitality that when my mom's vehicle was wrecked a few weeks later, I immediately called **** to see if he'd be able to help her out as well. He assured me that he'd be willing and able to help see what he could do to help my mom. I'm completely satisfied and will return for any other needs that may arise. Thank you for all of your help and making a time of stress into a quick and easy process of getting things back to normal.

Excellent service, great at updating me on the progress of service And repairs. Inspected their work and sent the car back to the shop because wasn't pleased. It was released only after Kyle's approval And we inspected again upon my arrival for pick up. I commend Sterling MCCALL for the onsite car rental service by Enterprise which was so convenient.
