He even went the extra mile to help me coordinate the rental of a loaner car there at Sterling McCall when I made a reservation based on when my vehicle would begin repairs and Enterprise ran out of cars. THE plastic around my wheel well came undone. Made a terrible noise when I was on freeway. Had to return to your shop and they hooked it back up but they have to order a new one and I'll need to drive back out to your shop and have it put on. This shocked me as this is not typical of Lexus workmanship.
