There were several small paint issues that were left unrepaired or unfinished such as paint that was chipped on a side view mirror trim plate during the repair and buffing swirl marks and dull spots, as well as primer overspray. There were also plastic rivet fasteners that hold rubber door molding and wheel well mud guard that were not reinstalled during the repair process. I had to request correction of most of these issues not just once, but twice. These were minor issues in relation to the overall scope of the repair. But considering that the vehicle was at the collision center under repair for almost 5 weeks, these details should not have been missed and left up to me to catch, which only further increased the time we were without the vehicle. Our service advisor, Jason Mabu was professional and curteous throughout, and he did keep in communication with me about the status of the repair process throughout. His kind assistance was greatly appreciated. I just expected a little better from a dealer collision center. And we still seem to have one problem, which is that the steering wheel is now at least 3 degrees off counterclockwise when driving straight. This is apparently a consequence of the wheel alignment that was performed during this repair. It should not be this way and I will need to bring the vehicle back for further adjustment for this issue, in the near future.

Enrique Ruiz was such a delight to work with on getting my daughter's Rogue repaired. Professional. Kept me informed via email while I was on vacation. The car was ready on time as promised. He answered all of my questions. Contacted our service advisor for any maintenance issues required since it was at the dealership. Excellent customer service skillls. A true asset to smc. This was my second time to interface with him. I would highly recommend him to others.
