Geico claims adjuster did not list bottom heat shield as an item but an experienced mechanic should have noted it's absence. We then took it to our Honda dealer to install it not trusting your service. It took 4 hours due to some problem getting a bolt to install properly. Will not recommend your services or return for future work of requored.

The front right side under the headlight, part of the plastic is loose. The front frame bumper is not flushed and loose. The rear back on the driver side, the plastic trim is also loose. The hatchback lock doesn’t latch completely as before. The rear right taillights have white residue or glue still around them. The top of car where the hatchback door opens up, paint is chipped and doesn't seem to have been painted. I also had a question, as to where in the estimate provided reflects the repair of the right rear frame; in the pictures taken from accident it is the beige tan color after the aluminum alloy bar part that was also damaged.
