Joe Hudson's Collision Center - Bristol

Took a few days longer than originally quoted, there are still 2 smaller dents near the gas tank door, we had to bring it back the day after picking it up to have the rear door re-adjusted because it wasn't shutting flush with the car and we could hear wind through that back door. Overall, I guess I'm satisfied. I mean my car is nowhere near as bad as it was when I brought it in. I just expected to pick it up on time and it be completely 100% fixed on that side. I understand that delays with products happen, but when a vehicle is supposed to be back to someone a certain day, then why were they still receiving parts the day after it was originally supposed to be fixed and still didn't have the car done 2 days later when I called that morning, "still working on it, should be done by this afternoon". I do like the text messages I would receive about the progress of the repairs. I just wish the few days after estimated completion date would've been smoother with more info on why it was taking a few days longer and with the car being 100% upon pick up. Thanks.

Martin is a true professional. He always kept me updated on what was going on with my van. The team did a AWESOME job. Very pleased.
