My tired pop 5 days later which was soppuse to be replace and come to find out it was a used tired and some sensor thing was missing and when they replace my toes my rims are badly damaged so they never got replace or i don't what ya did to them

Everything started off good initially. I ask Mike how much would it cost for him to fix my window regulator since I already had the part. He quoted me anywhere from 50 to 85 dollars. Now mind you I had paid 170 for the part at auto parts store. When it was all said and done he gave me a price of 200. He stated that was for the labor. I feel like that with the rip off because I already had the part and paid 170 he should have kept a call to price that he gave me. Now you quote me one price and then when it's all done you give me another price. that's just not how you do business. I was very disappointed. However I did want it fixed.Labor shouldn't cost that much to fix a window regulator. I feel like he should have stayed at the quarter price had an astronomical rate. I was going to have them fix more things on my car however after that I dont think I will. When it was time to cash me out. He didn't even give me a receipt for the 200 and he charge me to fix the window regulator he just charged me 500 and gave me a receipt for that. When you are conducting any kind of business like that you always give customers receipts. It was nowhere on the paperwork that he gave me that he fix my window at all. Need to listen learn I just have to do more research and ask more questions next time just so no one will get over on me or take advantage
