The crew at Collision Center, Memphis did an excellent job with my Ford focus. They went above and beyond with my repairs. They ended up doing more than I even expected which was a huge help as my wife's car had recently been stolen and we needed a safe drivable car for both of us. The crew there did a truly unbelievable job. I have suggested this collision center to my wife who will bring her car in after at suffered damages from being stolen. I Gladly suggest this repair shop to other folks who need car repairs.
Thank you for the great work you did With my car. If/when I need car repairs in the future, I will certainly return to Memphis collision center.

The vehicle is pulling hard left. The steering wheel has to be held about 15 degrees right in order to go straight. I also noticed no mention of the tie rods being replaced inner and outer as was quoted to me with photos in text message.

Let me first explain why I'm not happy. When I picked up my vehicle the molding(trim above the door)had a gap in it. My rear wheel locks were not put back on, they were inside the vehicle in the cup holder. I found this insulting and in professional. I had to bring my vehicle back because the rear door was not installed properly and air was coming in and making noise as I drove making it sound like a window was down. A screw cover is missing on the door handle; even though, they ordered another one and said they would call when it came I still feel insulted and feel disrespected at the unprofessionalism. At this point I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone I know.
