I would just ask that you work on communication and attention to detail for your customers. I was assured I would have a courtesy car to pick me up from work at 3PM. At 3:30 I had to order an Uber in order to get to Johnk Kennedy Collision to collect my car. There were a number of issues regarding confusing descriptions of things, timing and reason / rationale for things. I'm happy with the body work, thr customer relations and communications need work.

I have been doing business w/John Kennedy Ford since the 80's (currently working w/Dan Panchelli in Service). Dan recommended Jim O'Neill at the Collision Center who did a great job fixing my Explorer from the accident. I always recommend Kennedy Ford for Service & Collision work.
