Jim at John Kennedy was great he updated me on progress constantly. I was even left a gift card and I appreciate that. My car looks great. The only thing I would change is make sure customers receive an itemized receipt of work at time of pick up.

I loved the convenience of the text update feature. It was extremely easy to know real time updates of the status of my cars repairs. The people were extremely helpful and very responsive as well. I would definitely get my car repaired here again and would be more than willing to refer them to others.

Terrible communication, terrible customer service. I was issued a check by the insurance company. I was not told that I could just sign the check over and be done with the transaction. Instead, my time was wasted. While I waited at the shop to pick up the car, no one saw fit to tell me that I would have to go to another location to pay for the repair. It took a significant amount of time to resolve this. I found the communication of the employees to be unacceptably bad.
