Robert was just wonderful during the whole process of my vehicle being repaired. I always knew what was happening and when my vehicle would be done. I could not pick my car up during the week and he was gracious enough to meet me on a Saturday so that I could pick up my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. The repairs were of excellent quality and should I have need again, I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to Fairbanks Collision Center. Thank you for an excellent job.

You go above and beyond in your communication with me about my vehicle. Your customer service is excellent, flexible, positive, understanding, and supportive. Your repair And turnaround time is excellent. You pay attention to detail and it shows because my car was spotless inside and out upon completion and you solved a problem I was having with my door from a previous accident. I am very pleased with the work and the service I received from there. This is the second accident I entrusted my vehicle with to your company because I was also impressed the first time.
