Fairbanks Collision did an awesome job with our insurance claim; whoever they sublet their work out to DID NOT! There’s a huge geese stain on my seat and they left all of the old parts in my trunk. That is certainly unprofessional and I question the work the sublet company did on my vehicle if they can’t pay attention to small things.

It was nice that Robert walked outside with us to show us the car. He had great customer service. We'd be happy to reuse this place when needed. My trunk looked brand new and I really liked how the car was polished up to look even better! Thank you very much

Robert and Gabbie went above and beyond normal to help me and make everything work. They not only came in early they stayed late to make sure I got my vehicle. They made the inconvenience of not having my vehicle not so bad. Thanks to them for that.

I thought the communication process was incredible. I appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you also for opening back up at 5p to allow me to get my car. Your team rocked this! I did find it odd that the tape and residue from the tape put on the bumper/lights prior to starting the work was not removed.

Top of the line repair shop in fairbanks... extremely professional and they handle your vehicle with tender loving care. As if it was there own. I've had 3 repairs done by them and they have always met and exceeded my expectations.
