The weather rubber stripping was not installed in the window properly. When I go on the highway and travel at 60 miles an hour it sounds like the window is open. I returned it, they try to fix it, I went back on the highway. It's still sounded like the window was open at high-speed's. I left the car for further repair, thank you.

The repair is great. The car looks great. The only issue I have is I got almost zero communication about the status of my car. I dropped it off on Monday and I heard nothing for 4 days. No emails/texts on the status of the repair. It wasn't until I called on Thursday, to inquire about the status, that I got information. Then at that time I was told the original replacement part that was ordered was warped and they had to order another one which would arrive on Friday. I didn't get the car back until the tuesday the following week. I don't have any issue with the repair taking longer, or even that the part was messed up, things happen. What annoyed me was that I got zero updates until I called. Everyone one I spoke to was helpful and gave me all the information I needed/wanted, I just don't know why I had to call instead of being updated. I was left using the rental car for 8 days, when the repair should have only taken 3-4 from what I was told originally. The rental was covered by the other parties insurance, so it was no extra cost to me but it was inconvenient. Thank you.

it appears the repairs were well dine and the customer service experience was excellent ... my only comment is that when the car is returned to me it should be clean , inside and out ... it has been inside of a repair garage for a few weeks and i should not have to address residual dust and etc ...

Mostly ok but Took longer than estimated and the inside of my car was left a mess. And mirrors and inside console screen have big smudges/streaks - look worse Tyndall if someone hadn't tried to clean them.

I really liked the personal touch - the warmth & friendliness of staff... Especially the cheery text updates from Dawn. When I picked up my car she explained everything that was repaired & pointed them out on the car. I also appreciated that the car had been cleaned & washed! And the car runs fine. Thank you all for repairing it so quickly.

As usual Greg, the ladies in the office, the ****, the rest of team- pleasure to work with and delivered a phenomenal finished product. I have had my car worked on by your team twice in the last 60 days- though it never good when your parked car gets hit twice in that period of time, the Plymouth Meeting Faulkner team made it a great experience. Job well done!

Dawn and the team were absolutely wonderful! There was a slight hiccup with my car, not by any fault of theirs, and they called me immediately and reassured me that my car would still be ready as close to the date they said. I am beyond impressed with this shop! Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon, but in the chance that I do, it'll be my first choice!
