Not calling to update me until 4 days after the original completion date. My car was supposed to be done today by 5pm. No Message no call, but finally an email about 6pm saying my car is done and has been picked up. Well it hasn't been picked up. I will call tomorrow and talk to Dan about this poor performance.
This is unacceptable.

All of the details were handled ably by Dan. All aspects of working with Faulkner Collision went smoothly. Hopefully I won't have a need to use Faulkner again, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again if the need arose.
Also Beth, the receptionist, was a plus in how professionally and courteously she treated customers. Her sense of humor was appreciated.

I couldn't believe how quick and easy Faulkner made the process. Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Getting my car rear ended was not the best experience, but I must say Faulkner made it a very easy and pleasant process to get my car fixed. Special thanks to Dan and Bess (or Beth? The very nice lady at the front desk). The new bumper looks fantastic and I could not be happier with the quality of work done. A+, highly recommend.

The team at Faulkner was very attentive and pro-active with calling to make sure that I knew what was taking place with my car and repairs. The team explained to me exactly what needed to be done to repair the car; and was very personable which put me at ease.(for I was a little nervous about the whole situation). The person on the team who looked at the car and told me about the insurance (Dan ?) was very professional and personable.
