I appreciated the regular texts letting me know the repair was on schedule and that you were able to complete it on time. The only dissapointment I had was when I dropped the car off I asked if they could also quote me the cost to touch up the couple of scratches on the car and the gentleman writing it up said no problem they would take care of it and when I picked the car up the scratches were still there. Also I received a call yesterday from USAA that I would not have to pay the deductible however I was charged 500 when I picked up the car.

My bumper was completely scratced and scraped up when I brought my car into be repaired. When my car was repaired and I came to pick it up. I was completely satisfied. Rich was a big help with my transition into another dealers name. When my car was in an accident I was very unsure how this process would go or how well the company would do the repairs. I was happy to find that I would be getting text alerts as my car underwent repairs and that was very reassuring. Rich also was very good at communicating with me and making sure everything went smooth for me and I greatly appreacite that. I am very satisfied with the work and also with the people who work there.

As always, Faulkner provides excellent service, both customer and service related. I recommend both the dealership and service department very highly... now through my experience with the collision department....an extension of all other areas. However, please note one point.....I received three successive texts. Tuesday morning regarding my vehicle, November 15th....they were the finish received regarding my vehicle.....my vehicle was dropped off November 7th and picked up November 11th....until I called November 11th I had not received any communication from Faulkner regarding my vehicle....until November 15, 2016. Rather an afterthought...something you may want to address. Again, otherwise excellent service on every level. Thank you.
