After the repair when it was time for them to take us through the repair process the person who showed us was not interested in doing that at the same time when we questioned him about some displacement of the rear bumper that was for repair actually but he is like it is approved and it is good while it wasn't it was displaced as before the repair...I think they haven't done any repairs it just cleaned and gave back the car..

I was completely unsatisfied with the communication between myself and the repair personelle. Initial text messages estimated that my car would be repaired by Monday, June 12. On Friday (June 9), communication went from the repair would be completed on Monday (at 9am) to it's completed and come pick it up by 5pm. I'm a doctor and real estate professional. My schedule is made in advance. Understandably, I'm not more important than the other policy holders. However, when I explain the situation, I expect, at minimum, understanding. Instead, she reiterated "I'm not extending your rental ... It doesn't matter what your messages says I'm looking in the system..." This accident has been stressful; Im in pain with parts of my career being limited as a result. The last thing I needed was risk my professional relationship by having to leave a gig to get my car because I couldn't be spared an additional half day. A day, from my prosepctive, that's not only allowed through my policy but would have showed utmost customer service. Because of this, I am not bringing my car to this location again. I've been there twice and had an awesome experience. I understand that things happen but I shouldn't have to risk my gig to get my car, esp when my policy allows 50/day up to 1500. Why was I subjected to this treatment?
