Disappointed that they are trying to say my bulb that lights up dash is a defect in car and is not caused by accident. That is not the case and am extremely angry. The. I’m also mad cause someone stole an authentic pair of glasses my father gave me before passing away out of my car.now I noticed a screw in place of something that is supposed to hold a protector. Leaving my washer fluid wasn’t working and had to go back when I realized the resivoir wasn’t empty and something else was wrong. Just a bad experience

I drove there this morning, a 50 minute drive to find the car wasn't ready - a dash light was on. Apparently not on yesterday. I now have to go in to pick up the car again later next week. Also your system seems to think that I've picked up the car when I have not. I also did not get notification that the car was ready or would have been.
None of these things are major and I recognize that things happen, however these minor things prevent "total satisfaction".

Check to make sure all components of car are working properly prior to returning car to the customer. My rear windshield wiper was not installed properly. It's an inconvenience to come to the collision shop to have it fixed.
