The way that Faulkner and my insurance company worked under the same roof made the whole experience flow so smoothly. My car was finished on Tuesday. That's 4 days earlier than I was quoted and the repair looks great. Very happy. Usually it's a pain in the ****!

The paint job was unfinished. There were cloudy spots on the rear panel and after I pointed them out, they ended up having to keep the car for an extra day to rectify it and I had to keep the rental for another day.
