Key scratches were left on driver door.
This was a new car that now looks terrible. We were expecting our new vehicle to be returned to us flawless and now there is damage where there was none to begin with and half of the original problem was never fixed.

When I picked up my car it was not clean, the inside smelled of chemicals and it was very dusty inside, nothing had been wiped clean . When I did an inspection of my car,the bumper was not put back on properly,it had to be shaved from the remnants that was left behind . The car had paint that was not"buffed" out properly,the representative came over and just started wiping with her hands the excessive paint that should have been buffed properly.I believe if my car was washed oreven buffed properly I would not have seen the remnants. I arrived at8:15am and did not leave until 9:40am,because of all the extra items that had to be done to my car after it was supposed to have been inspected.I was totally disappointed, because I seen another person come in and leave right out without any problems . I have to take my car bsck because of a racing sound that I am hearing when I am driving.
I do not know what to do since I only brought my car there because it was the approved location for the other insurance company.
