The repairs to the car were very good however inside of the had dust all over the front of dashboard. I believe it was the dust from sanding. (?) My car was new. I had to clean the car myself. This was the only disappointing issue I had.

Janice was very professional and kind on the day she checked me in. She however said she would call me on Saturday to let me know about the work and she did not call - wonder why a promise was made and yet not kept. She told me that I would get the car on Wednesday o4/06 but I received an email on Monday that it will only be ready on 04/07. I appreciate the email updates but when I called on 04/06 it was confirmed that I will get it positively by 04/07, however on 04/07 there were no calls and I had to keep calling to get updates. When I finally came to get it the damage was repared but Faulkner collision has done their own damage to my car and Tom told me that Janice was on off thursdays and therefore they cannot verify if that damage was there before or not....are you kidding? Folks working in the same company dont have access to the pictures that were taken of the car when I turned my car in on 04/02. I was told that they will check the photos once Janice was back in the office on Friday and then I would need to come back to get the new damage made by you guys cleaned up. Which means I need to waste my time, money and gas driving to the office and get stuff taken care of. ABsolutely negative experience. Will inform Geico about this as well.

Every part of the repair process from the scheduling before I arrive to the day I pick up my car is so organized, I never have to wonder "what do I have to do or what's going on with my car". Being informed is great! Also the friendly staff is awesome

Every step of the process was quick and simple. Everyone I dealt with (receptionist, Geico adjusters Janice/Tom, Enterprise Jess) was pleasant and knowledgable. I expected the trip to be an inconvenience but I actually didnt mind it at all considering i got my truck washed and detailed.

Within minutes of picking my vehicle up, my tire pressure light came on. Upon checking my tires, I discovered that the pressure in three of them was much higher than recommended, while one was much lower. As I adhere to the recommended specifications, I assume the increased air pressure was added while the car was at Faulkner, as the pressure would not have been that high when the car was dropped off. Within one week of receiving my car, the tire pressure light has come on three times, due to one tire being low. I assume this all to mean that the issue with one tire was most likely noticed while the car was with Faulkner, but completely disregarded. After not having my car for a week because of an accident that was not my fault, I now have to deal with the inconvenience and expense of getting my tire fixed. Needless to say, I am not at all satisfied with Faulkner collision.
