I could not have had a better experience with the Faulkner Collision center staff, my vehicle was professionally repaired, buffed out and cleaned. Ready for pick up as scheduled. One item that stands out is the communication they keep via email, as to the progress of the repairs. every few days i received an update without making a call.

My car was waiting in line to be detailed and he pulled it and did it personally ... and it was even vacuumed inside (and cemetery wreaths picked up had left lots of residue in the back).
