The work took too long for minor damage. Parts needed should have been ordered prior to dropping off the vehicle. An entire week without a vehicle was very difficult to coordinate. They could've called and offered the car back while I waited for the extra part to get in since I had a spare tire. They also didn't bother to put the spare tire away where it belongs they just threw it in the back of my truck. I'm sure if I would've had a nationwide rental vehicle it would've been done in two days

This experience started well & unfortunately ended terribly. Joe, with Geico, and Stephan with enterprise were very helpful, efficient and understanding during my initial drop off. Noticing that I had my son with me, both were considerate of my time and went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. Unfortunately, once my vehicle was completed & ready for pick up, I had an AWFUL experience with Donna in the Faulkner body shop office. She actually hung up on me when I attempted to call b/c I was worried I would be arriving right as they were closing. It seemed clear to me that she did not want to be bothered with checking me out so late on a Friday evening. Ironically, it was also inconvenient for me to rush out of work, load up my two small children, & make it there before 6pm. When I had called earlier in the day, I asked if I could pick up the car the next day, b/c I knew it would be difficult for me to make it there by 6pm. I was informed that they may not be open due to snow & that I would need to contact the insurance co to extend the rental. The insurance co handling the claim was the other drivers & not mine. I mentioned that to both women in the office, including Dona, but to no avail. I am more than happy to speak with a manager regarding this matter, in fact I had planned to contacting Todd Koons, directly. The latter part of this experience was probably one of the WORST customer service experiences, I have ever had. Thanks for your time. Sincerly, Jaime Melnicove ****-****-xxxx

So far, I've found the following issues: A 2" scratch on the inside of the windshield, two gashes in the plastic on the drivers side door, and the Bluetooth is not functioning properly. The first two issues are very obvious. I don't know how it was missed. I'm very disappointed. I will be thoroughly inspecting my truck tomorrow. Also, my gas tank was at 3/4 full. I received it back at less than half.

If the panels were replaced why do i have black marks on both sides? They originally said it would take 2 weeks but only took 4 days...now i know why. Terrible job overall
