QA of work was not accomplished thoroughly, if at all. There were three imperfections that I spotted (and Faulkner rep acknowledged immediately) and required 'buffing' so I had to wait. These were not hard to notice had someone looked. A 'dirt bump' under the new paint, a 'stain' on the left side of the hood above the work area, and overspray on the rear left door just passed where the masking paperwork was taped. A review of the completed work by any QA person should have seen these without the owner having to point them out, and then wait. In addition, a request to look at a particular problem when I dropped off the car was not looked at for the entire week the car was in the shop. However, thanks to Jim Cooper and Donny within the body shop that one item was corrected within a very short amount of time (minutes only), but again, why did the owner have to wait? Hats off to Jim and Donny!!

My only comment would be to not have an email go out that states a vehicle will be done on a certain date and time unless it's for sure. I made arrangements to leave work early on the day the email said it would be done, however it didn't end up being completed that day.

My service coordinator, Jason, was very patient with me. My work schedule made it difficult for me to find a time to drop off the car. I had to reschedule my first appointment and was late for my second drop off appointment. This must've been irritating but, Jason showed me kindness, respect, and understanding. Also, the secretaries were very helpful and understanding. Everyone I encountered at Faulkner's went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. Hopefully I won't have another problem, but if I do I'm going back to Faulkner's.

I was happy with the completed job, it was above and beyond the work I expected to be done. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle my engine light turned on. I took it back to the dealership and because there mechanic claims he did not see an engine light on even though it was stated he was working with my vehicle off, which he would not see the light if that was the case, my O2 sensor blew and additional expense they state I am responsible for. When I turned in my vehicle all information was noted and what the vehicle looked like, mileage and any damage prior to handing it over and the engine light being on was not one of them. So, I am not pleased with that and probably would not use the same shop again.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and how quickly it was completed. While I had exterior work done, some of the interior was even cleaned which I felt was above and beyond. Thank you very much!
