The work was done in timely fashion and the work looks to be very high quality. I did appreciate the updates and the customer service.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and my car looked great! I love that geico and enterprise are both at the shop. Very convienent!

Overall it was positive; however, the speaker in the driver door does not work. I have to go back for this repair.

FANTASTIC job! The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding and the work was definitely done right. I couldn't be happier with Faulkner or the Geico claims adjuster I dealt with. The daily emails on the progress of the repair were outstanding and helpful.

I wasn't sure when the work would be completed. The updates I received were contradictory and confusing. When I called to speak with someone about the discrepancy I had to either speak with several different people to get an answer. I was disappointed it took days to find out the reason for the delay. When I specified I would pay with a check, the undertone of the response seemed negative when I was told the criteria for acceptance.

It was done very quickly and looks GREAT!!

When I picked up my car the right turn signal wasn't working. It was after hours & no one was around. The cashier that I picked up my keys from suggested that I wave my arm out the window. I didn't appreciate the comment especially after the situation I had been in that resulted me having to get my car repaired in the first place. He suggested I go over to the Honda body shop because they were still open. Luckily, they were very sympathetic to my situation and were able to replace the bulb. They were very helpful & luckily had a bulb to replace mine with. I was going to be extremely upset if I had to come back again for something so minuscule. I had already waited in rush hour traffic on a Friday night for about ****/2 an hour just to get there. I'm very glad & thankful the gentlemen at the Honda body shop were willing & able to assist me.
