I wasn't sure when the work would be completed. The updates I received were contradictory and confusing. When I called to speak with someone about the discrepancy I had to either speak with several different people to get an answer. I was disappointed it took days to find out the reason for the delay. When I specified I would pay with a check, the undertone of the response seemed negative when I was told the criteria for acceptance.

When I picked up my car the right turn signal wasn't working. It was after hours & no one was around. The cashier that I picked up my keys from suggested that I wave my arm out the window. I didn't appreciate the comment especially after the situation I had been in that resulted me having to get my car repaired in the first place. He suggested I go over to the Honda body shop because they were still open. Luckily, they were very sympathetic to my situation and were able to replace the bulb. They were very helpful & luckily had a bulb to replace mine with. I was going to be extremely upset if I had to come back again for something so minuscule. I had already waited in rush hour traffic on a Friday night for about ****/2 an hour just to get there. I'm very glad & thankful the gentlemen at the Honda body shop were willing & able to assist me.
