Great job on my vehicle. I wish the rental car would not have been one that someone smoked in. The rental car was nice but stunk inside of cigarette smoke.

This was my second experience with the shop. I knew that Jason's team could and would handle all details and eventualities. They did not disappoint. I certainly hope I won't need them again, but it's good to know they will be there.

My vehicle was not properly repaired last year when it was at Faulkner Body Works. A used/"cheap"/not certified Nissan alternator was put in my car last year by the body shop and coincidentally "went bad" while it was in the shop this year. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I fully trust everyone that works here. I feel as though I was taken advantage of last year and I have no idea if my car was properly fixed this time around. I have saved all reciepts/paperwork and will pursue this matter further.

My repairs were not completed when they called for me to pick my vehicle up. I spent an extra 45 minutes there plus I need to take my vehicle to another dealer on another day to have the service completed. I don't have extra time to just be wasting.

Service was horrible. My car was not done on time and no one ever called me to let me know when it would be done or when it was actually done. I had to call more than 3 times and on the third time around 4 pm they said it was done and I needed to pick my car up by 5. The car smells like paint and now the lever to open my trunk does not work. I will never take my vehicle there again and I have already told my friends of your horrible service.

The repair done to my car itself was done well. The issue I had was the complete and utter lack of communication from the shop regarding the status of my car's repair. (I had requested phone call updates - I received random emails). My car was originally supposed to be finished on 12/4 at 4:45. I received no phone call at any point during the day. At 4:45 I called the shop myself and the woman I spoke with said the shop manager was gone for the day, that she knew nothing about my car or it even being there, but if I had not heard anything from anyone I should assume it was not completed. At 10:30pm that night an email showed up to my gmail account stating that my car would not be completed that day. Monday morning I called the GEICO adjuster to get information after calling the shop and not being able to reach anyone again. I was told I would receive a call from someone at the shop that day with an update, but my car would potentially be done that same afternoon. At 3:30 that afternoon I had still not received a phone call from anyone and my husband called the shop, and again was unable to get an answer from anyone. He then spoke with the claims adjuster since we could not seem to reach anyone at your shop to get an answer of any kind. By 4:45 we had no updates via email or phone about the car. At 8:45 that night we received an email stating the repairs were not finished. Today (tuesday), the adjuster called first thing in the morning to check in with us. I received a call around 11:30 (the first and only one from anyone at your shop the entire duration of my car's stay there) to let me know that my car was completed and could be picked up today. Based on this experience, I would not bring our vehicles back here. Again, the repair itself was done well, but the communication was the worst I've ever dealt with in any experience I have ever had with a car repair.

Everyone who I worked with was so nice and great about giving up to date details and messages on the status of the car. The Geico representative even checked up on me a couple days after I sent the car in to make sure I had all my questions answered. The car was very clean and looked brand-new when I got it back! Our family is very satisfied with everything
