Joe was awesome dealing with me today despite the fact that I had to reschedule twice and showed up late due to traffic. He was very kind and chatted with me while paperwork was being done which made it much more bearable. Eric was also very nice and was super helpful with the repairs. I would highly recommend these guys for any services, and I don't even have Geico insurance! Job well done!

So far i've been impressed with the work. I can tell better as I wash it this weekend. For some reason low tire pressure light came on as I was driving home. Tires look OK but i'made going to check pressures with my guage tomorrow

The whole experience was 100 percent satisfactory. I especially want to thank Eric and his crew for the magnificent job that they did on the body work on my Honda Odyssey. My car looks better than it did when I brought it in. Joe Steibel, from Geico, was so professional and kind. He explained every step of the repair process to me in detail and kept me apprised throughout. Stefan, from Enterprise, was also very professional and personable. I like the fact that Geico and Enterprise and Faulkner bodyshop are all in one location so I didn't have to drive all over the place to get the car fixed -- it was already stressful enough! Connie, at the front desk, called me to let me know when to pick up my car and what I needed. She is a sweetheart. Also, Eric, who is the body shop foreman, helped me "check out." He gave me all the paperwork at the very end of the process. Quick and painless. This is why I stay with Geico and Faulkner (I bought my last vehicle from Faulkner). I will definitely recommend Faulkner and Geico to my friends and colleagues based on the professional people that they employ.

We were pleased. . . . eventually. The first time I was there for pickup, I noticed that there was a paint scratch in the lower air dam area, and there was a piece of trim around the grill that was misaligned. We left the vehicle for another day to address those issues. When we went to pick up the vehicle (2nd time), we noticed a paint scratch on the left, rear door that wasn't there when we dropped it off. Faulkner's team stepped up to fix it without any questions, but we had to leave it another day for THAT repair. We finally got our vehicle back on the third visit and it was perfect. An overall good job and I'm satisfied, but there seems to be a lack of attention to detail.
