The services was great and the people up front where great went I went to pick my truck up it was back up into the a spot so it was hard to look at the whole job that was done. So if you stand by back ten feet And look at it there still a lot wrong I plan to come back on the next business day to show them so we can get it fixed correctly

Will not come back to this location. No greeting at all when i walked in.. Well it was nice when i dropped my car off. A nice gentleman handled my paper work very processional. But, I got text after text for status... It was nice to keep me in the loop. However, a middle age female/ front desk needs to improve customer service skill that open a smile to customers. A smile was a constagious and free to anyone, and speak w. a friendly voice. Also, I comment her about the scratch on my door that was not there when I dropped it off... She stated oh... It was from other car and it is easy to get it off...i told her I need you to clean it off for me. She looked at me w hesitated face. But willing to get th scratch it off. It feel like go to grocery store buy apple with scratch & I am sure you will not buy that Apple. Just customer service skill need to be train . I heard your company commercial on 104 KRBE.. So I trusted the radio station and gave a try... But, it turned out was not great... There were more to describe. But, I leave a brief comment and hopefully other customers do not have to go to the similar experience. That is all.
